What is the difference between a drum mixer vehicle and a Volumetric Batching Plant?
A drum mixer vehicle is loaded with ready mixed concrete from a Batching Plant and delivered to the customer's site. The customer will pay for the amount ordered and may incur un-carried charge should a full load not be required. A drum mixer vehicle can be loaded with any type of concrete. Due to the shelf life of ready mixed concrete, a mixer vehicle can only travel an 8 mile radius from the plant. A Volumetric Batching mixer carries ballast, water, cement powder separately and mixes on site, it will mix up to 1m3 per minute. The customer only pays for the concrete used. Therefore there is no waist or additional charges. We allow 10 minute time limit per m3. The method of mixing on site enables us to service our customers at a much greater distance from base than conventional drum mixer vehicles.

How long is the chute from the rear of your vehicles?
20 - 25 foot approximately 6 meters.

What are the dimensions of your Vehicles?
4 wheelers (4m3 of concrete) 6 wheelers (7m3 of concrete) 8 wheelers (9-10m3 of concrete)
